William Field is the VP of Customer Success at HYPR, bringing over 18 years of experience in IT, specializing in Customer Success and Solutions Architecture for cloud-native and security-focused companies. At HYPR, William leads a global team to deliver exceptional customer experiences, customer adoption, retention and expansion while ensuring seamless integration of HYPR’s cutting-edge Identity Assurance Platform. Prior to HYPR, William worked at Spacelift, Trilio, and Actifio (Acquired by Google), building, leading, and scaling Customer Success programs across pre and post sales functions.
